Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Advertising Signboards – Makkah City

Partnering with Modern Advertising Company as the Prime Consultant, Future Cities for Engineering Consultations (FCEC) is delivering the surveying and supervision services for the Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Advertising Signboards across Makkah City. Commissioned in June 2026, the 8-month assignment supports the client’s rollout and lifecycle management of advertising assets within the holy city, where precision, regulatory alignment, and site discipline are critical.

FCEC’s scope covers site surveying, location verification, and ongoing engineering supervision across the installation, operation, and maintenance phases of the signboard network. The project is currently 20% complete and progressing in line with the client’s deployment schedule, reflecting FCEC’s capability to deliver reliable surveying and supervision services for private-sector infrastructure programs in sensitive urban environments.
