Job Brief

Participate in developing the main objectives of financial management, directly supervising the activities of managing, planning and organizing accounting and financial work, following up on the implementation of various operations, supervising employees and directing them to follow accounting and financial systems and rules, reviewing their work, following up on all approved administrative processes, and ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the smooth running of the financial management. Daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing the main objectives of financial management, developing, and implementing plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives, and ensuring the existence of accurate frameworks and standards to determine the level of achievement of these plans and objectives.
  • Ensuring the implementation of systems, regulations, decisions, and instructions related to financial affairs in the entity, developing financial strategies in accordance with the set goals and objectives, and supervising the identification of financial needs, return requirements and the level of risk-taking.
  • Coordinating with other organizational units to determine their financial needs, following up on disbursement movements, ensuring their restriction based on the applicable financial rules, and submitting related recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervising the processes of preparing financial reports and balance sheets, analyzing final accounts, organizing financial and accounting records and books, ensuring the integrity of records, following up on their closure, directing subordinate employees and ensuring their compliance with all applicable financial and accounting regulations and rules.
  • Managing the works of generating summaries and reports that show the general achievement rates regarding financial resources, presenting them to senior management, informing them of various challenges and developments, and consulting them on various important future issues and initiatives.

  • إدارة أعمال إنتاج الملخصات والتقارير التي توضح نسب الإنجاز العام فيما يتعلق بالموارد المالية وعرضها على الإدارة العليا وإطلاعهم على التحديات المختلفة.
