As subcontractor to Dar Al Riyadh for the Survey Authority, FCEC delivered flood‑risk mitigation studies covering 99 urban zones across the Western Region. The work assessed drainage behavior and flood exposure to inform protective infrastructure and safer urban development in flood‑prone areas.
