Preparation of Expropriation Records Project

Awarded by Qatif Municipality in December 2021, this 15-month assignment tasked Future Cities for Engineering Consultations (FCEC) with preparing comprehensive expropriation records to support the municipality’s land acquisition and public utility planning requirements. Acting as the Prime Consultant, FCEC delivered the full suite of surveying and expropriation documentation needed to establish accurate, legally sound records for the affected properties.

The scope encompassed field surveys, parcel identification, boundary verification, and the compilation of structured expropriation files aligned with municipal and regulatory standards. The project was successfully completed at 100%, underscoring FCEC’s proven capability in delivering precise surveying and expropriation services that enable informed decision-making for government land management initiatives.
